Required Qualifications and Experience

– Should preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in humanities, migration, education or similar fields

– Live and work or study in Sweden

– Good knowledge of Swedish society through personal experience

– Able to work in a multicultural environment

– Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

– Good presentation skills (previous experience required)

– Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

– Good level of computer literacy – Excellent skills in teamwork

– Having good inter-human relationship skills

– Ready to travel on short notice to countries where refugees will be taken from

– Organize and dependable, act dutifully and with self-discipline, hard-working and reliable

– Ability to work under pressure and manage stress – Personal refugee or migrant background+
